ASPIC is a gastronomic restaurant on a human scale. Few tables and dishes served by those who prepare them in order to tell them better. We favor seasonal products, short circuits and wines from wine growers. We serve a unique tasting menu, without choice, in order to guarantee the freshness of what we offer and to prioritize the culinary experience. ASPIC offers cuisine close to the people: from those who produce and prepare the products to those who taste them.
