Seeking a “return to basics”, the RAW menu is based on quality produce and the use of cooking methods that respect the natural properties and flavors of the ingredients. The use of firewood and the high operating temperature of our Josper Charcoal Oven preserves the original taste and texture of the produce while enhancing traditional flavors. RAW aims to merge our Spanish roots with the influence of very different cuisines. Raw Eatery and Wood Grill has received some of the most prestigious awards in the industry since its opening in 2016, including “One Diamond” by the Black Pearl Guide two years in a row. Over the years has also been awarded as “Restaurant of the Year” in Shanghai by Time Out, That’s Shanghai and City Weekend, and most recently in 2024 as Steakhouse of the Year by That’s Shanghai. After 8 years of operations, these awards recognize the consistent quality that is a signature of RAW Eatery and Wood Grill.
