La conception du restaurant provient de la planche \u00e0 dessin du c\u00e9l\u00e8bre designer de restaurants Bob Puccini pour cr\u00e9er le premier restaurant de ce type dans le pays sous une tente. Le restaurant d&#039;une capacit\u00e9 de 140 places propose \u00e9galement des salles \u00e0 manger priv\u00e9es, une cave \u00e0 vin, un bar et une exp\u00e9rience en plein air perch\u00e9e au sommet d&#039;une colline bien entretenue. Le chef Ban, notre chef chinois au Chi Ni, a plus de 15 ans d&#039;exp\u00e9rience dans la cuisine chinoise moderne, la cuisine froide et chaude du Sichuan, la cuisine cantonaise de Hong Kong, la cuisine locale malaisienne et la cuisine chinoise de Singapour.
